This information is based on our extensive experience with tradespeople across the UK. We do not add one-time offenders to this list, nor do we make such decisions lightly. Inclusion on this list follows a pattern of repeated behavior that demonstrates dishonest conduct and classifies the individual as a "Rogue Trader".

Please note that the absence of a name on this list does not guarantee that a tradesperson is trustworthy — it simply means we are not currently aware of any issues with them.
