Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Marketing Manager to lead our social media campaigns and direct selling initiatives. You will manage a small team of two canvassers, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth through both online and face-to-face channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media campaigns across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase engagement and leads.
- Plan and execute direct selling strategies, guiding and motivating the team of canvassers to achieve targets.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies for optimum results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
- Oversee content creation, including posts, graphics, videos, and promotional materials.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and events to enhance brand reach.
- Train, mentor, and support canvassers, providing feedback to improve sales techniques and customer engagement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media marketing, digital campaigns, and direct selling.
- Experience managing a small team and motivating field staff.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyse campaign data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency with social media management tools and CRM systems.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
